What insurance carriers cover Wegovy?

My employer’s open enrollment period ends tonight? Does anyone know how well BCBS HMO plan covers Wegovy injections?

I suggest your contact insurance company and ask, there are many BCBS plans and they may have different coverage. The question to ask is if covered, what is the criteria? Some may only cover if you meet if you meet certain medical conditions, such as BMI in certain range, or have weight-related medical condition.
