what are best external devices (e.g. smart watch) to monitor HCM?

I am mild to moderate HCM and I'd like to get back into exercising (walking, biking, swimming) but since I'm usually solo, I feel I need some sort of device that will remind me to slow down, take a break, or even go to the ER! What have you found to be (a) practical (b) useful, (c) affordable and (d) portable. I would LOVE to be able to snorkel with one, since I love swimming in our beautiful springs and rivers here in FL.

I was recently diagnosed with HCM with severe LVOTO have lived with this for years and always knew something was wrong, but didn’t know what even the doctors couldn’t figure it out. I am an outdoors, person mountain, biking, running walking, hiking, and as the years progressed those Activities got less and less I don’t know of any device, but listen to your body. Stay well hydrated do not eat before working out and always made things worse for me and when you see yourself getting worse talk to your doctor talk to the cardiologist. Hope this bit of information helps

Have you been put on Camzyos for your HCM?
Is it obstructive HCM?
I was put on camzyos almost 8 weeks ago and noticed a difference in the first week!
Im now doing things i have not been able to do in years!
My bike rides had gottent to a point that either i could not go or after my bike rides it was several days of recovering!
Im now riding every other day. So far for Jan i have ridden 17 rides for 136 miles
I havent rode thise miles in over 4 years!
I went for a brisk 2 mile walk yesterday that had a 1/2 mile 6% climb and walked upbit like it was nothing!
Before the slightest incline would make my jaws hurt, my chest was tight and breathing was restricted and labored, and thighs would get extremely tight!
I had told my doctor for years i felt blood was not moving thru my body, i always told them it felt like i have a whole in my heart!
Thanks to Mayo and thanks to Camzyos i have my life back
