Hyundaipro, are you concerned that you may be addicted to zolpidem? Are you wishing to reduce your use of it?

I took Ambien for a while but I had no problems coming off of it. I’ve never tried any other drug I just stayed awake until I eventually fell asleep.
Is your medication still effective or has it stopped putting you to sleep, or if it’s no longer effective perhaps you’re trying to taper off it. Can you provide us any further details?

Yes if I can been taking it since 2002

I’m just worried I can’t go on a trip might run out or with COVID Dr are quitting just don’t want to dependent I stop for a week and stayed up the whole time scared

Yes about 15 years yes very high anxiety

I've posted this on another sleep thread here.. typical insomnia for 20 yrs, 72 now. Used Ambien, switched by MD to Ativan, terrible stuff, withdrawal is dangerous, switched to Belsomra which seriously affected my cognitive functioning, Got license and for two yrs been using a tincture of THC/CBD drops under tongue with success. Don't get the typical high feeling, no Cheech & Chong foolishness, just gets me into a deeper sleep state. It's a natural product, non habit forming.
