We Can Listen to the Patient/Caretaker Conference Recordings!!!

If you didn’t sign up for virtual attendance at the Patient and Caregiver Conference in Orlando, that’s okay. Living with bronchiectasis already comes with a lot to manage, and sometimes one more thing just feels like too much.

But good news!!!! The non-profit Bronchiectasis/NTM Info & Research is now offering access to recordings from what I think was their BEST EVER conference!!!

I attended as a volunteer Patient Ambassador for this amazing organization, and I can tell you there is information that you’ll want to hear firsthand.

Topics included:
–NEW recommendations for staying safer with environmental NTM (so HELPFUL!!)
–Ways to lessen the anxiety of living with a chronic illness
–Evidence-based breathing exercises to support airway clearance and reduce anxiety

–Nutrition case studies in a super engaging format!!!
–Hemoptysis and exacerbations
–Working with your care team

I’m sure I forgot a few topics, but as you can see, it was an extraordinary two days.
