Waking up after every dream
Does anyone else wake up after every dream? And what to do about it? Online, the recommendations relevant to me are to decrease the temperature of the room. That's it. (I don't drink alcohol or caffeine before bed, I maintain good sleep health, etc.) I am able to go back to sleep right away, but the waking up several times does take it toll. I am not as refreshed in the morning, compared to having uninterrupted sleep.

It sounds like you already have some good sleep health habits and it's good to hear you can easily get back to sleep. Even though I wake up multiple times a night and sometimes after a dream, I still feel pretty refreshed. What has helped me some is winding down before bedtime and maintaining regular sleeping schedule whether I'm sleepy or not. I did see an article that mentions some of the things you did plus a few more if you haven't already seen it.
