Vocal cord paralysis

I have left vocal cord paralysis . Had injection surgery twice with no benefit. I'm a active professional and need to talk. anyone out there found success with treatment at Mayo clinic ?

It was a great improvement when I had trouble speaking loud enough to be heard. It was an easy operation and restored my voice completely. (Although it took a while before I could sing on note, it came around.) The only trouble I ever had was that it was hard to be intubated for unrelated surgery in 2019. Well wishes if you decide to have it done.
