MAYO Clinic has a lengthy article on this if you want more information. The bottom line: Have your doctor check your levels of vitamin B and correct if necessary. You should get your doctor's guidance because a woman's regular PD meds didn't seem to be working; doctor increased dosage but it still didn't help. Husband thoughr he wwas being helpful and upped her vitsmin B pills, bu the medicine still didn't help. It turns out that the contents of some supplements can ineterfrer with the efficacy of your PD meds so don't take aything - including vitmins and food supplements without having a chat with your doctor first.
