Trying to decide between Breztri and Stiolto inhalers.

The Breztri inhaler causes so much phlegm and hoarseness, sometimes i can hardly speak. Do others have the same issue with Breztri. Is this a common side effect?

@tcarson52 thanks. did they tell you not to do strenuous exercises? read where you should only do reg walking, stationary bike, etc. with PH.

how long did you say you have had PH? I haven’t officially been told I have it but said my pulmonary pressures were borderline increased on Echo.
So am doing some investigating.

Also what inhalers are you on for your copd. Web says never hold your breath with PH but my inhalers say hold for 10 seconds before breathing??

What is that ball thing called. I might have it, does it come with 2 different sizes and the ball flutters when you blow into it?

thanks again.

@lizjlb I couldn’t do strenuous exercise if I wanted to but nothing was said about that. I have known about it for less than a year, I could have had it but didn’t know it.
I am on entresto and Farxiga I take the generic of both. These are heart meds not PH MEDS I have not been given any PH meds, I don’t know why I will ask pulmonary dr my next appointment. I just changed dr so I have not gotten into it yet with the new dr first visit was just meeting, he had me do a CT . Don’t put too much weight into the Echo, mine said I didn’t have it, then had the catheter which actually measures your pressure. I have no idea why they even do the echo, I have one my next heart dr appointment and I’m going to ask. Waste of money if you ask me.
If you have a chance do the heart cath. It’s a piece of cake and tells so much more just make sure the doctor is good.
Here is a picture of the device I don’t know what it’s called.
