Trimix Effectiveness
Why is Trimix injection so variable in effect. The same dose of the same batch at different areas of the penis gives occasionally very strong and sometimes weak erections. Does anyone have the same experience or an answer.

I had been on trimix prior to my PCa adventure. I used to use a very small dose and got great results from it.
After PCa treatment I needed to use a dose that was 3X larger than before. Further, now it varies in terms of how well it works. Sometimes I get nothing from the trimix. Most times it works okay, but never as well as it worked before PCa treatment.
I think I should also point out that trimix did not work for me at all while I was on ADT. So very frustrating, especially because my urologist didn't think testosterone levels mattered for trimix effectiveness purposes. Once my testosterone returned, however, the trimix began working again.
I never thought of the variability as being due to the medicine (other than when it aged or got warm from traveling a lot). But now that you brought it up, I do get inconsistent results. I only need 2-3 units in a 100 unit syringe. With such a small dose, it's hard to get the exact same amount each time. But even so, sometimes it lasts an hour and other times I need to use the treadmill or weights to get it down after 3-4 hours. I'll ask my doctor next time I see him.
