I have had difficulties walking along with weakness, confusion and fainting for nearly 10 years. Many doctors. Just drink more water. I feel great sitting.

Have you ever been tested for POTS? Postural orthostatic hypotension. You may be inclined that way.

It sounds like you need additional support for possible orthostatic hypotension. Have you had your blood pressure tested both seated and standing after one
minute supine.?
Medications are often the culprit . A cardiologist may be
more focused on the cause. I was advised to increase my
salt consumption and drink 2 plus quarts of fluids daily.
There are balance exercises that may help us prevent falls.

I’ve been dealing with similar sx for 8 mos due to heart issues - 10 years is too long. If you haven’t already, talk to your doc’s about compression hose - what level of compression would be best for you- and even abdominal compression. Both have been very helpful when my B/P bottoms out. I find personally that shapewear is more comfortable and tolerable than true abdominal binders available on line. As others said please get evaluated for POTS. Hugs.
