Have you been checked for other things? Scabies and shingles both appear as a very itchy rash, often on the torso, and have specific treatments.
The skin where the rash is has taken on a light brownish hue. I'm calling my PCP. Let's see what he says.

1 ReactionI have developed a rash 10 months out from having Covid. It is on my cheek bone and hairline.

1 ReactionDoctors almost always say "its dry skin". Even when my arms were covered by an angry red rash (I knew that was a reaction to wood dust and sap). They generally say that it is eczema and prescribe hydrocortisone or other anti inflammatory cream/gel. I had extremely itchy rashes on my arms and legs for many years, like tiny water blisters. In my case it was gluten and it went away within a few months of gluten free. You might consider an elimination diet. I also got facial acne after covid and that doctor prescribed metronidazole gel (worked, but took a few months). If I live to be 100 I'll have quite the illness collection, not as much fun as collecting chocolates.
