Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm and Height

I was wondering if anyone was told that the recommendation for surgery is in correlation to the size of your aneurysm and your height.

One thoracic surgeon showed me a chart they use and because I am 5ft he said if I get to 4.5 I should have surgery, which kinda makes sense. My aneurysm is currently 4.3. Yet I just spoke with a thoracic surgeon, who is well regarded, I worked with who knows my current doctor and he said height is irrelevant and I should monitor to 5.0. He also said, most people do not get to the point to need surgery and are fine yet, if so, there is still a 98% success. I hope he was truthful and not just being positive.
