Taking vitamin supplements with heart meds

My husband had a stemi in May. He got a stent and started the standard heart meds. It’s been over 3 months and his EF has went from 25% to 55%. I would like to add some natural supplements to support his health. Our ultimate goal is to replace the meds with more natural alternatives. Any advice would be appreciated. He’s on aspirin, plavix, crestor, entresto, jardiance, and Coreg. He does have bradycardia-hr stays at about 50-60 all day. We aren’t sure if this is from meds or the heart issue. Thanks again.
