@babs1956 well that’s encouraging cause I’m late stage three and right now and I may have this wrong. I have NED so right now for my oncologist. I have no signs of cancer.
Hi Barbs,I've been on Tagrisso for 8 months now. I get mostly dry nails and chipping or breaking skin on my fingers. In the morning when I brush my hair, I get more hair falling. Perhaps it's dry hair. Drinking more fluids makes a. difference. My system gets regular (somewhat on softer side). every morning. sometimes twice a day. Really this is all I experience. I'm very grateful and lucky I'm doing fairly well on it. I'm sorry for those having more series effects that affecting daily quality of life. Wish you all the best. Hugs and prayers.

1 Reaction@lala56 i’m so happy to hear you’re doing well. We have to stay positive. And believe that God is going to heal us. God bless you.
@kathleenhalligan59 that is wonderful news. Thank God.
I have a friend who took gabapentin for a problem with her toes. She had the same affect and stopped using it. Hopefully, the homeopathic supplement will work for you. It may take several days to start working. Good luck.

1 ReactionHello @kugan ,
Welcome to Mayo, I’ve found so many kind, knowledgeable and helpful people here.
So sorry about your lung cancer diagnosis, surgery and chemo.
Restless leg doesn’t sound fun, such interrupted sleep !
As mamajite said, don’t worry about sharing what you are going through. I’m glad the gabapentin seems to be helping.

Thank you for your kind words. I'm feeling good and the gabapentin is working; I haven't had any restless leg issues in 3 whole nights! Even though I'm sleeping better, tiredness is my prevailing issue. Every afternoon I crash by 1:30 or 2, and sleep for an hour if I can. I try not to schedule afternoon commitments if possible, which hasn't worked much this week. 🙂 Anyone else having this almost constant weariness?

1 ReactionHello @kugan
Yay !!! 3 nights no restless legs ! 😊 What a relief for you,
no more walking the floors in the middle of the night !
Sorry you are feeling fatigue, naps and trying not to schedule busy afternoons is a good idea.
Meanwhile, hoping you’ll find out what is causing it soon.

1 Reaction@kugan cancer fatigue is real. and if your nighttime sleep is interrupted, that can also worsen it. it's ok to take a nap when you need one. some things to try: shifting the time you take Tagrisso and see if it works better for you. ginseng - but check with your pharmacy team before adding any supplements, some of them will interact with Tagrisso or other medications you might be taking. walking (or some other physical activity you enjoy) - it's counterintuitive, but research shows it helps reduce cancer fatigue.
