@kugan cancer fatigue is real. and if your nighttime sleep is interrupted, that can also worsen it. it's ok to take a nap when you need one. some things to try: shifting the time you take Tagrisso and see if it works better for you. ginseng - but check with your pharmacy team before adding any supplements, some of them will interact with Tagrisso or other medications you might be taking. walking (or some other physical activity you enjoy) - it's counterintuitive, but research shows it helps reduce cancer fatigue.
