Does anybody feels/experiences constant changes? For instance, increase in urination frequency for a few days and then gone. Migraines for a couple of days and gone, diziness for a few days and gone, arrhythmias , and so on.

I have had Long Covid since March 2021 and we call this the "revolving doors of symptoms." I have over a dozen constant and recurring symptoms all doctor diagnosed. . The ones that are constant are myalgias in my legs, thighs, glutes, (just like fibromyalgia except covid caused it), bulging veins (from inflammation, not varicose), pre diabetes (zero risk factors, covid is known to mess with your pancreas) , paresthesias, chronic fatigue.. Started with a chronic pressure headache that lasted almost 2 years and now that is intermittent. Early on had chronic nausea for over a year and now that is intermittent. Other intermittent symptoms are itchy skin and hives due to the mast cells being activated, digestive upset, etc. I call it the disease that "keeps on giving" but in a bad way.. Basically it is like whatever is doing this travels all over the body and sometimes effects one area and other times another. Was part of a long covid group when this first started and YES what you describe is very common.

@monikka You are welcome, I have been at this for 5.5 years. Early on one specialist I saw (for the inflamed veins in my legs, abdomen etc) wrote in the online chart "She thinks I have Long Covid" I immediately found another. I told him that my GI doc had diagnosed my 24/7 nausea as Long Covid, My dermatologist had diagnosed my itchy skin and hives as "long Covid" my neurologist said these chronic squeezing band like head aches (never had this kind before just migraine that are one sided and different) were Long Covid and not migraines (which ironically didn't occur when I had them daily for almost 2 years) and my PCP said the myalgias, pre-diabetes fatigue, paresthesias was long Covid. Frankly I am sick and tired of docs who don't bother to educate themselves about the disease that millions of us have. Some of us going back to 2020 and 2021 like me and still people are getting it with recent infections including kids. . There are PCP's who say you must have genetics for pre-diabetes. No I don't, have ANY of the risk factors, weight is good, eat healthy avoid high glycemic foods, and exercise but you go to the medical literature and there are reports all over the place of kids as well as adults and older adults like me (now 73) who for no good reason get pre-diabetes. Tired of having to prove things to my physicians.

@mountainlover1 I swear this beast we live with travels around my body thinking it is a personal cafeteria line! Arthritis! Oh yeah! Knees or hands or feet?. Days or weeks? Tongue! No taste or selective wonky taste. Eyes?? If she wants to work that crossword puzzle—- then she will need to squint or zoom every word. That head! LC loves my head. Daily attacks that can last what seems like forever! And then if LC is on a mean streak— let s experiment with balance issues or brain fog. Some days I pray for death.

@84forward yes you are so right, Those who don't suffer don't understand not really. I think of all the people who have Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia likely also caused by viruses and for decades people dismissed their complaints as "in their heads." Now there is a different name but that is what it was called in the 80's. With Long Covid You never EVER get total relief because if one area or symptom is better the other rears its ugly head. Sadly a certain administration stopped a lot of the necessary research to look for actual treatments that work. Perhaps for some individual symptoms they do but at this point I just live with it as best I can. Have no faith in the current federal government to spend money researching what affects millions of us in the country. Not fun but what choice do we have? I was part of a long covid group for a couple years starting in Summer 2021-- 3 mo after being diagnosed with it. And all this stuff is what so many of us experience. I know I could have it worse as so many infected in 2020 have it but it could also be better. Like all chronic crap that many of us deal with.

@84forward
Agree 100% . It is exausting. I feel people do not believe me anymore. It is to much to explain in one word. Too much to digest for people who do not experience this madness.

@mountainlover1 get your ANA checked. I got LC symptoms suddenly after taking the Pfizer vaccine. 4 days later a sudden onset cascade of symptoms including terrible painful headache, momentary vision loss in left eye, blurred vision, dizziness and vertigo that took years to improve, tachacardia CFS, PEM, rashes, tinnitus, crashes, internal tremor, itchy legs, heat intolerance and then leg weakness, neuropathy. Then when the neurologist took me off Amytriptaline which I had been on for years for migraine, the pain began all over, joints, muscles, collarbone, chest, rib, lungs and heart. The LC doctor did an ANA which was positive for Sjogren’s and Lupus/MCTD. So when pain and rash symptoms that migrate every day and even every minute it seems, don’t brush it off as the MECFS category. It could be transitioning into an autoimmune disease.

The researchers aren't done figuring this thing out.Thousands of GOOD DOCTORS are working 24/7 to find how to stop these symptoms and such.You have to be your own best friend.Take the reins.I can't speak for anyone else,but I've watched many videos from Dr Paul Anderson.I started doing what he suggested...totally and carefully listening to him.Paying attention to any progress I made. since 2022 or 23.I have steadily improved since.I still do some of the things he said.IDK if it's his guidance or this thing is simply being repaired,but I feel pretty good now.I get some very light symptoms off and on.But the MAIN pain and ugliness is gone.Been able to eat more,my appetite is still low...but it's coming back.My nose isn't running constantly as it was.My stomach is okay..had that polyp removed in my stomach last year...that was a BIG win.That associated pain I was going through is gone.SEVERE pain,for years.That was for me a game changer.
I've suggested this awesome Dr several times here over the years.I guess experience doesn't count unless it's coming from a clinic or something.
I'm feeling good mainly.Positive.It takes time.This virus is the real deal.I wasn't gonna sit around and talk myself into being hopeless.God Bless each person here with healing and direction.If you're living and trying to work through this...you're not giving up.You will fight on and be good to yourself.People don't need to understand.They don't.It's YOUR struggle.You will make it....keep going and praying.Seriously.
