Swollen lymph nodes
I have one behind my left ear thats hard, right behind head and left side of neck, doesnt hurt im scared its might be something more serious, I sometimes get sharp headaches and sometimes feel dizzy, I think it has been there for about 3 weeks

It would be good to go to your doctor to get checked. They can determine if you need to see a specialist and if you need any testing/imaging.
Have you been sick recently? Infections will cause this as your body tries to fight it. The headaches and dizziness could be tied to illness but also could be if the swollen lymph node is pressing on blood vessels/nerves.
