suddenly I am falling right but stops before I reach the floor.???

This has happened to me two days in a row. My head now has a headache which I never have. This is very scary to me. Has this happen to anyone before?

@sofiadoesha1 Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. You are scared and have a headache due to falling. Would you please help me understand? Are you falling and then catching yourself with your hands before you hit the floor?
