Stent is leaking and Aneurysm is growing again

I had a a stent placed for my Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm in 2019.
All was well until recently at my annual check-up 6 years later, the ultrasound showed it had grown to 4.6 cm. I was concerned and 2 months later, I had a CT which showed it had grown to 5.4 cm with Endoleaks II and III. Now, the vascular surgeon wants me to see an Intervention Radiologist to see what is taking place with the stent and how it can be remedied, whether with a new stent or more surgery. But the appointment is 2 weeks away! Has anyone had their AAA aneurysm leaking and growing to need a second stent or more surgery?

I also have Parkinsonism with high/low blood pressure issues. For low blood pressure, I had to take Midodrine which raises the blood pressure to the likes of 159/111 about 8 times a month, which is not good for the aneurysm. I wish the neurologist, cardiologist, and vascular surgeon would have warned me about this!!! Looks like I should not take the Midodrine anymore but cardiologist was so worried about fainting with low blood pressure. Does anyone have this conflict with low blood pressure and aneurysm?
