spotting then bleeding after knee injection for injury

I am 63, menopausal for 8 years. One episode abnormal vaginal bleeding in late 50's d/t taking BHRT. Ultrasound and endometrial biopsy results normal. 10 days after receiving 80mg Kenalog in knee joint started spotting and now on day 15, bleeding is heavier. No other symptoms like cramping, bloating etc. Stopped BHRT 2 years ago. Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions on what to do?

I have a question regarding stem cell shots for sort backs and knees ?
Has anyone ever had that done ? If so how was your experience with it ?
Also i have just started taking a product called BONEFEX , it has all the normal natural anti inflammatory compounds such as tumeric , I took a photo below so you can see whats in it . The newest thing that was added is bone marrow which i found interesting . I havent taken it long enough to make a judgment so if anyone has used this i would be interested to find out if it works ?
