Splenic aneurysm

I have been diagnosed with 2 splenic aneurysms and am terrified. I have an appointment to see a vascular surgeon. I previously had an ascending thoracic aorta aneurysm that I had surgery for. I am so depressed. Please let me know if anyone has had this type and what was done the good, bad and ugly.
