SMA aneurysm

I have an SMA aneurysm with an occluded celiac axis branch above it. I’m not a candidate for coiling due to its location (arc of Buehler) . I have seen 3 doctors and have had numerous others confer with them. Surgery would be very risky so we’re monitoring every 3-4 months. The good news is that it’s calcified. Anyone else out there with this/similar?
