What type of skin treatment for itchy,stinging and small specks on the legs.never had this before.recently occurred in the last three months.
Can't sleep.

Might be hives. Antihistamines work for itching. Might want to ck with ur doctor

Sleep is very important.
Antihistamines are usually
helpful at night when used
according to labeled directions. Topical hydrocortisone until you get in with your primary physician. Long term itch deserves proper history and examination. If you don’t have
access locally telemedicine
with pictures can provide access to a dermatologist in
most states.
