Adderall abuse. Advice?

A loved one who is 24 abuses Adderall. They takes twice the amount on their script and then has no more left. I am supposed to go
Away this weekend, but I’m worried about leaving them alone, as they
gets their new script on Friday and Infeel
My presence might help them abuse less.
They are very isolated and lonely.
Should I leave any way?

A 24 year old loved one abuses their Adderall. They go through a weeks supply of 35 mg daily in three days.
I am supposed to leave for the weekend, but they get their meds on Friday and I’m
worried because they are so isolated. Would it be better to stay, and be there in whatever way I can, or should I go?
