Serious question about male genitals

Anytime I have an erection my thing faces the left or at least tilted it’s not a bend somewhere along the shaft but at the base so the whole thing aims left. Could this be caused by masturbation and is there anything I can do to fix it. I know my phrasing may not be great but this is dead serious
