SCAD SURVIVOR
I was diagnosed with SCAD in 2024. I did not undergo any surgery only supervised exercise for a month and maintenance meds. Lately, I’ve been feeling some chest ache, not pain which happens very irregularly, days would pass and I won’t feel it.
I wonder if anyone has the experience.

Have you spoken with your doctor? If not, send him a message or call and explain what is going on.
Sometimes the smallest thing can indicate something else.

My sister was recently diagnosed with SCAD. Most likely living with it for awhile. She has not had to have surgery also but us doing regular tests, reduced stress, medications and hear rehab therapy. I have been sharing any info I find on SCAD here.
