First appointment with Mayo was February 13, 2023. So a little over four months to get to surgery date.

I get how you feel. Every thing made me nauseous the first week. I did my best but I can say I started feeling much, much better after getting all the daily water in. Hang in there

Going on two weeks, still a little pain at two of the seven new holes. Still have to sleep on my back. Not having any trouble with eating soft food. So I guess I have nothing to complain about.

That's great!!! A little pain or discomfort is normal but should not be stabbing or unbearable! Great news on being able to eat soft foods! That is a milestone right there! Excited for you to see what your body is capable of! I went from 289 lbs on surgery day to 149 lbs today! My surgery was 12/09/16. I feel AWESOME!! Good luck, we are routing for you, so please keep us posted!!

So it’s been six weeks since my surgery, still have a burning pinching pain any time I sit or bend at bellybutton area. I have sent three messages through portal and had my first meeting last week for after surgery care. All say it is normal but pain isn’t getting any better. Has anyone else had this problem.
I’m in no pain when not moving and it has nothing to do with eating or digestion.
