Yes I had roux n y 5-1-14 and had a upper gi done a couple years ago and I swear my pouch was stretched from it and have fought with my weight since

I had a RNY in 2016. My weight went from 325 to 176. Slowly moved to 190 so I believe it stretched but Numerous adhesions and surgeries kept bringing it down. A lot of my friends had gastric sleeve. I’m told that the stomach doubles in size first year so unless you are a fitness geek , weight comes slowly back too. Still better to be thin
