I had an Emergency EVAR for a burst AAA in 2020. My Dr said moderate exercise only.
What I don't understand is if my Aneurysm burst, why do I still have it?

Woah!
So glad you survived. Did you have an emergency surgery? From what I’ve learned, surgery is the only thing that can stop the bleeding from a burst aneurysm. You are a miracle!
