Prayer Request

Posted by melissa0919 @melissa0919, Dec 3, 2023

Two + months out I’m in rejection and I have been for a few weeks now. I went to Pittsburgh Thursday and they done an MRCP, CT and a liver biopsy. The MRCP and CT looked good all but some fluid around the liver. Had to go back Friday to get the results from the liver biopsy and it confirmed I was in rejection🥲They have given me a mega dose of steriods and changed my anti-rejection medication. I go back tomorrow and if my liver enzymes haven’t went down then it will be a hospital stay and I am so sick of hospitals😞. I know GOD and Prayers have got me through all this and I know for the past 6 years I have asked ALOT for prayers but here I am again asking for your prayers. God Bless and Much Love🙏❤️

Melissa,
You definitely have my prayers! You are so right to know that God has gotten you through this ordeal! It will be OK but only God knows when. I had severe migraines for two years. My mom and I were praying constantly. Finally after two years they merely stopped! No more pain or medications to stop the pain! It was a real miracle but it took so long! Things will work out for you eventually. Keep praying like you are.
Best wishes!

Bless you I do hope this sorts for you..I think all us transplanted patients fear organ rejection, I feel so sorry you are going through this to go through the op is enough without the additions. I sometimes feel as if I am existing not living.
Sending hugs and many prayers for a speedy remedy for you.

Thank you!! I feel the same way. They say that I can reject anytime and that is not fair. I thought after transplantation things would be better

You are in my prayers. I had the beginning of rejection 3 times. I had no physical symptoms. It was noted in the regular testing, which is why they do it. Trust in God and the knowledge that he inputs into the doctors. I hope you are better soon and can enjoy the gift that you have been given.

I just said a prayer for you. May you find comfort that you are not alone, faith and presence of God guiding you and the strength to rally.
