I asked this once before with little comments. Has anyone tried hypnosis so you don’t feel the PVCs or PACs?

Right now I moved to Life Extension Super Ubiquinol CoQ10 100 Mg with Enhanced Mitochondrial Support. Note Life Extension has 3 versions of Ubiquinol all using Kaneka as the a base Ubiquinol but 2 versions have added products to them
This product hasUbiquinol (as Kaneka Ubiquinol™) 100 mg and PrimaVie© Shilajit fulvic acid complex 100 mg. Shilajit is a safe, fluvic mineral complex exudate that is common to Ayurvedic medicine and is composed of fulvic acids, dibenzo-α-pyrones, proteins, and minerals. This is to provide additional help for muscle fatigue and strength. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6364418/
I also use their Super Ubiquinol CoQ10 100 Mg which is just Ubiquinol.
Combined I take 600 mg of Ubiquinol a day.

I have used Life Extension for many products. Thanks for that feedback. Do you know if Qunol advertised on T.V. has the Kaneka in their ubiquinol?

Do all the products from Life Extension Ubiquinol use the Kaneka ingredient?

I was using Puritan Pride but now unsure if their Ubiquinol is the Kaneka. I do know they have a tough time keeping it in stock and why I moved to Life Extension.

Ingredients in "Heart Calm"
Magnesium (taurate, Glycinate, Malate) 300 mg
Potassium Citrate 99 mg. ( note 1 banana has 300 mg of potassium)
Taurine (L-taurine and Mag. taurate). 1000 mg
CoQ 10 30 mg.

I know from experience that I don’t do well on a mix of magnesiums. That was the fist reason I didn’t go with Heart Calm. Next, I don’t think I need 1000mg of taurine. And I drink 32oz of electrolytes that I mix in the morning. They contain potassium. So for me, as I said, I take the components of Heart Calm separately and in different dosages. But that’s what works for me and I’m not saying anyone should do what I do. We are all different.

You can easily check the ingredients of a product on line. e.g. Qunol (ubiquinol?). put it in your search engine and find the product and open a page that has the product on it. Then look for a photo of product that shows the ingredients. Open it and read the ingredients. Note this product that I attached to photos has Kaneka ubiquinol but also note it also contains Polysorbate 80 which is an emulsifier that is linked to health problems. I would stay away from this particular product.
