Anyone had experience with OsteoStrong, who is not a franchisee?

Has anyone had experience with OsteoStrong? It suggests you will get a large increase in bone density while using their facility 10 minutes per WEEK. Somewhat pricey at $99 and up per month, but am curious if anyone who is NOT a franchisee, has experienced this program?

My first DEXA scan was in October 2023 and my second DEXA scan was in December 2025. Corresponding results were:
Oct 2023: -3.3, -2.2, -2.5, -2.3, -3.0
Dec 2025: -2.3, -2.1, -2.2, -2.0, -2.5
Improvement!! Only one finding was still in the Osteoporosis category, at -2.5.

I had one Reclast infusion in Oct 2024 and began weekly OsteoStrong appointments in May 2024. I take 600 mg of algae calcium plus vitamin D3, and also a regular women's multi. I'm inconsistent on exercise and strength training, but working on it. I am in my upper 60s.
I have no way of knowing exactly what has contributed to my improvement, but I will continue with OsteoStrong even though I have to pay for it. The appointments are quick and easy. I'm going to wait on a second Reclast infusion for now due to concerns about specific side effects.

Correction: The Reclast infusion was in April 2024, not October.
