@leslie2121 Wow, your endo suggested Osteostrong?! Compared to all the other interventions with positive research evidence that they work? You may want to bring him or her a copy of the latest research paper, which was actually funded in part by OsteoStrong Australia.

We are all sad that there no good evidence that doing something once per week for 15-20 minutes is enough to fix our bones. I have another post on this forum about my experience with OS.

Here is the paper:
Feasibility, safety and efficacy of OsteoStrong® in postmenopausal women with low bone mineral density: A pilot study
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S8756328225002686
EXCERPT: "These findings suggest that while OsteoStrong® may enhance aspects of physical function, it is unlikely to be effective as a standalone intervention for improving bone health in this population."

And here is a video by Dr. Doug Lucas to help make sense of this research for the rest of us.

EXCERPT: "Now we have growing evidence that maybe osteogenic loading [like OsteoStrong] isn't doing what we hope it's doing."

@kfhoz it's not even 10 minutes with individuals who are not physical trainers.
