@leslie2121 It seems like most MDs do what's easy for them and many often don't know anything about what they are recommending. Conversely, there is little to no conversation about the importance of nutrition, including vitamins and supplements which DO have a positive impact. Many/most of us are willing to accept what they say b/c they are the "experts."

I agree with everything you said. I have tried a couple medications but didn’t tolerate them well, and reluctant to take again or try any others. She said “ some people have found osteostrong helpful”- so not a resounding endorsement.
I don’t think it hurt me other than $$$.
She was recommending I take more medication in her defense. ( prolia)
