Osteo strong with spinal stenosis and osteoarthritis

I have spinal stenosis and severe osteoarthritis in my lumbar region. Also I was diagnosed with osteoporosis my right hip is worse than my left hip. I'm wondering if osteo strong would be good for me to try or if it would cause more injury to my back.

Morning Iamnana~
I now have three compression fracture in my thorasic area....had one from a fall..when I caught myself from doing a 'header' and smashed my back against a low fence. I was excited to see Osteostrong opening up in my area..and couldn't wait to go. I also have osteoporosis. I feel that the one treatment I had at OS caused my other two compression fractures..as lifting 4x my body weight..even for a second did harm to my spine. I would strongly suggest to you to avoid this type of treatment. I know that one has to sign a waiver so that one cannot sue for the damage this modality can cause. Too bad..as they should not be aloud to offer this destructive type of treatment at all. Even their vibration plate that one stands on for a bit..is at a harmful level for anything ammelative. Check out Margeret Martin...she has an amazing track record of offering safe and sustainable treatments that work and are beneficial and not dangerous. I wish you well on your journey and thank you for your inquiry.
