Anyone had experience with OsteoStrong, who is not a franchisee?

Has anyone had experience with OsteoStrong? It suggests you will get a large increase in bone density while using their facility 10 minutes per WEEK. Somewhat pricey at $99 and up per month, but am curious if anyone who is NOT a franchisee, has experienced this program?

I opted for Osteostrong because of dental issues that have required a specialist. Although Endocrinology feel it is still fine to take medication for osteoporosis, some doctors recommended holding off. I have a history of work related back problems, but have done OK using three Osteostrong machines. I skip a fourth one that would put pressure on hiatal hernias. I always use their massage machine afterwards. I haven't yet had follow-up testing to measure the effectiveness, but have read that if it isn't helpful it can point to other underlying causes for ones osteoporosis.

I joined Osteostrong after my PA at my rheumatologist’s office suggested it. I have osteopenia I asked for alternative to taking meds. I mentioned it to PC md-both sited positive test results in DEXA results of their patients. So much so that my MD signed his mother up for a year. Both informed me that there was not scientific evidence backing Osteostrong claim of increased bone density or stabilized density.
I had a DEXA test 9 months after joining. I had overall increase in density. Upper body mostly stabilized with a minimal loss but I had hurt my shoulder so couldn’t put forth full effort for 4 of the 9 months. I will sign up for another year. I will say most of the staff, as another person stated, are not fully trained/knowledgeable
Become informed, read, be aware of body mechanics. Give them permission to cue you to be certain you do have proper posture. Write letters to regional management. It’s like any gym you go to-or OT/PT there are smart dedicated gems, find them;)
