Posted by Donald @donfeld, Jun 8, 2020

THC or marijuana for me relieves pain from neuropathy. It works every time takes a few minutes and a few puffs of smoke and it comes it down for some crazy reason that makes this drug so popular.

@26sabrina
I posted the link because the Cleveland Clinic is a prestigious medical institution most notably in Cardiology but also in Neurology.
There are so many different neuropathies from known and unknown causes, specific and definitive answers, I believe, are going to be elusive, probably for a very long time.
However, I believe theses are at least highly probable reasons.
I too hope all the answers are Perhaps you could post some of the other “many opinions” for @madmouse43 to peruse and seems most reasonable given his/her situation.

Hello!

For any who might be following this thread and who, like me, have large fiber neuropathy––and therefore little or no pain, only poor balance and a wickedly unreliable gait, my neuropathy also seems oddly subject to time-of-day. For me, it's generally late afternoon/early evening when my symptoms are at their worst. I say it's "generally," because not always: sometimes my wobbliness will kick in early morning or mid-afternoon. If it were only toward the end of the day, I'd chalk it up to end-of-day leg fatigue. But at other hours? I've been searching for an answer, but so far found none.

Often pour Frankensense and Myrrh oil on feet as I go to bed. Seems to calm the neuropathy down so I can fall asleep and Tylenol pm helps me through the night. I also take 600mg Gabapentin but doesn’t stop night pain, but does help.

Hello, mbl (@mbl)

I haven't needed to use a walker (not yet!), but I'm a practiced wall-walker. I've got finger marks on everything! 😀

Good morning @mbl
Have you ever taken a higher dose of Gabapentin or thought about increasing it to see if it improves your symptoms or are side effects getting in the way?

Tried but made me drowsy all the time. My pain comes and goes. Can’t figure out why? It is mainly at night when I am trying to sleep. The f &m plus the Tylenol PM works every time.
