Negative Dysphotopsia

Has anyone had negative dysphotopsia after cataract surgery if so how did you sort it out?

Also did you have reverse optic capture and did you have any complications from that?
Any information would be greatly appreciated

I had cataract surgery in both eyes on June 1, 2026, and developed Negative Dysphotopsia the following day. It’s been 3 months since my surgery and I am still experiencing the condition; no evidence of neuro-adaptation yet.
Did you have the reverse optic capture surgery or any other corrective procedure? If so, was the surgery successful? Did it resolve the Negative Dysphotopsia? Did you have any complications after the surgery? Thanks for your insight.

Dr. Steven Safran in Lawrenceville, NJ is excellent at doing the reverse optic capture. Do you have it in both eyes?
