Natural sleep recommendations
I have neuropathic itch at night that drives me crazy and keeps me from sleeping. I tried different stuff. I’m currently taking ambien and it does okay but i hear it can be linked to dementia and some of the side affects bother me. I was wondering if anybody has found a safe and effective alternative to get a good night sleep.

Chamomile tea. Magnesium vitamin. CPAP if you snore or have sleep apnea.

I take gummies. THC & CBD infused. I eat 1/2 each night. I personally am happy I'm very happy with how it makes me calm down and fall asleep.
I live in a state with legal THC gummies and also cannabis,etc. I have not found a gummie that makes me sleep well. Is there a brand I could try that works?
