Natural sleep recommendations
I have neuropathic itch at night that drives me crazy and keeps me from sleeping. I tried different stuff. I’m currently taking ambien and it does okay but i hear it can be linked to dementia and some of the side affects bother me. I was wondering if anybody has found a safe and effective alternative to get a good night sleep.

Chamomile tea. Magnesium vitamin. CPAP if you snore or have sleep apnea.
