Multidisciplinary approach for gene mutation and aortic aneurysm

I have a gene mutation of the POLE gene. I’m a 43 yo male, 5’10 160 lbs, visiting for cardiology. Have a 4.34 thoracic ascending aorta and also have increased risk for colon cancer with POLE. Had 19 precancerous polyps last year removed. The Have 15 more this year just removed. Wondering, if I would be better off to have Mayo be the lead on both, rather than just cardiology since they are experts in so much.
