Multaq side effects
I was converted to sinus rhythm yesterday after being on multaq for 10 days. Today, both of my feet are swollen and I have shortness of breath. I did inform my doctor prior to the conversion that the multaq was causing problems.

Monitor both your rhythm AND your blood pressure. Swelling indicates that your heart might not be pumping forcefully enough, maybe due to drugs (not certain), and/or poor kidney function and you're swelling up as a result. Kidney function is a GFR and creatinine test done with blood sample at a clinic or hospital lab. Let your physician know what's happening!
