@merpreb Thank you so much for the validation. I am not bent over but have that tale-tail hump at the right shoulder. Has to be an answer.

Yep, I agree. It must be dealt with, @parus.

They are medications for my mental state. I don't have pain other than what I suffer mentaly. My mental state is awful and the doctors seem to try but so far no luck. I am afraid they will just get tired of me coming in and saying "it didn't work. He usually just acts like "here we go again". Or maybe it is just me thinking I am bothering him. God Bless Patti p.s. going to the ER doesn't help they just draw blood take scans and perscribe "another med". Rather stay with my doctor.

@brit Are you giving any of the medications time to work? Are you able to take some deep breathes or doing some exercising? It is difficult for doctors to help you when you are all wired. The ER can only due blood work and check vitals. Your condition sounds chronic and the ER can do very little for a chronic condition. They cannot help you if you are in some way out-of-control. There are times we need to try and put forth more effort as there are no magic pills to "fix" things as medications are a type of support for your mental state. I can understand your frustration.

@hopeful33250 The encouragement here has helped me try harder and ask for what I need.

Thank you for explaining a few things I didn't understand. So I will stay with my doctor and hopefully he will find the right medication for me. Thank you for your caring and thoughts. God Bless Patti p.s. I have been taking this new medication for about 2 months now

@brit- Medicine alone sometimes doesn't do the trick. Exercise, a balanced diet, sleep all are important.

I do have a balanced diet but because of my mental situation I really don't have much appetite. I sleep pretty good but the exercise is the main thing I don't do much of because of an arthritit back. I do try to do stretching , things like that and that does help. Thanks for caring God Bless Patti
