How many of you that suffer from Panic, Anxiety and Depression find that their symptoms are worse in the morning and gradually get better towards evening?

That's what I'm hoping. Yes I need to find something to do in the AM....this morning was rough again, though I checked my BP and it wasn't too bad, 144/97. I felt like it was thru the roof. That made me feel a bit better. I think I just need to distract myself, or yes, take a walk. I was stressed because my wife just left for Vermont, 2500 miles away to see her grandbaby and help them out for 2 weeks. So I'll be alone and this won't be easy but I gotta stay busy. Thanks for your insight. It helps to have pple to talk to.

What I need to do Each Hour of each day is something I decide a day or often weeks before. I do this because I don't want to find out that I Wasted my time not doing what was Most important at a particular time, all in my day-planner. As you can see, I go to bed Knowing what Needs doing in different times of the next day -- leaving no time for morning or afternoon / evening anxiety.

As someone in eighties, it seems to have helped all my life, which is not to say I did not ever have times of stress from 'nowhere' places! We all do.
But doing each day what is crucial for my physical and mental health begins with a healthy breakfast and then meals, including enough physical exertion and mental stimulation, And hopefully engaging in Meaningful Social connections.

It seems to have helped me stay in reasonably optimally fit body and sharp mind. I can walk up 13 floors in my building reaching with pulse rate of 144 bpm from lower 60s at rest tells me I am OK.

I wish you find the purpose that propels you to get from life what YOU want most as it does for me to spend my diminishing days on earth in ways that I won't regret.
