Has anyone had monoclonal antibody treatment for COVID infection?

I had infusion before 10 days which is the key. Need to have underlying health issue. No taste from Covid or smell has been 4 months

Several monoclonal antibody medications are available to treat COVID infection. These include sotrovimab, a combination of bamlanivimab and etesevimab, and a combination of two antibodies called casirivimab and imdevimab. These drugs are used to treat mild to moderate COVID-19 in people who have a higher risk of developing serious illness due to COVID-19. Treatment consists of a single intravenous infusion given in an outpatient setting. To be most effective, these medications need to be given soon after COVID-19 symptoms start and prior to hospitalization.

Timing is critical with monoclonal antibodies. The earlier they are given, the more effective they are at treating COVID-19. They are really most effective within the first 4 to 5 days of symptoms.

I believe, they or a family member has received monoclonal antibody treatment after getting COVID and hopefully they can share first-hand experiences about what it was like to get the treatment and what side effects they experienced.

As I sit here so incapacitated and in excruciating nerve throughout my entire body, even my face, all I can think about when having Covid twice in '20 and again in '21 and my doctor who was the most uncaring, rude MD imaginable in refusing to help me.

When I called him and told him I tested positive w/the Abbott at home test kit he wouldn't accept the result even though it was very clear and made me get on the highway and drive to a Northwestern University facility in Illinois because he would not accept a test even from one of our local hospitals! Here I was, still not recovered from the first bout in '20 and down to 89 lbs at the age of 65.

He called me the next morning said I was positive - really?

I asked what approach he's going to take with medication, and he said nothing, you'll be fine. I asked for the Monoclonal antibody infusion to which he replied, "good luck in finding it, it's in high demand and low in stock." I'm sure if it was himself or a loved one, he would have found it. It was his job as my physician to ask his staff to help in finding it. He wouldn't even help.

One of the VPs at my workplace called me immediately when he found out it what I was going through and found it near my home. I immediately reached to the doctor, and he refused to place the order. Another colleague was lucky with a great doctor and getting the infusion as I was at home crying.

So here I am today. My question being, HOW MANY FOLKS on this FORUM RECEIVED THE TREATMENT? I'm curious if it could have spared me from living life in such excruciating pain with over 30 unbearable symptoms.
