Mole raw and puffy

Ive always had moles and never really had any problems but I just noticed a mole ive had for as long as I can remember that, near my crotch, has become suddenly raw and looks even a little scaly like. Anyone know what this could be?

No I havent, doesnt seem like a big problem but its just really odd so im curious, ive been checking up on it.
