Missing people: I lost my best friend

My childhood best friend Emmy Forgette has been found dead and I know she was murdered even if she froze to death it wasn't in the place they found her body and it was for sure foul play of some kind and im upset and angry and have Noone I trust to talk to about it and it sucks

@britneydoeseverythin, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend and her tragic end. Of course you are upset and angry. It's impossible to make sense of a loss like this. It's hard to deal with it by yourself without anyone you can trust.

Have you considered talking to a social worker?

I understand your pain and frustration. We lost my cousin in a horrific car crash, caused by a drunk driver. The suddenness and senseless of it was devastating, and I know it was worse for you as this was your best friend, and the lack of answers of how it occurred make it worse. You really do need someone you can talk with about this. There are support groups - some on line (but in person would be better) that would enable you to talk to people who are going through the same experiences that you are. Emotional support is vitally important.
