Medical marijuana for sleep disorders?

Posted by mazeppabob @mazeppabob, Oct 3, 2020

I have tried to research this topic on the internet but like everything else, it is difficult to weed truth from fiction.
Does anyone have first-hand knowledge of medical or street pot? How it might help or hinder sleep issues. Doctors are reluctant to talk about it. I am sick and tired of chasing my tail around, throwing money at. If CPAP doesn't work you get sent to a shrink and put on another antidepressant with all kinds of unpleasant side effects. CBD oil did nothing for me and the last time I smoked pot was probably 50 years ago. I will try just about anything to get one good night's sleep.

@berekann haven’t tried acupuncture for sleep. Good idea, thanks.
I’m trying to find a safe reliable source for CBN.
Any recommendations?

@meri8181 unfortunately I have no recommendation. Sorry. I’ve tried gummies several times and they don’t seem to work for me. One was CBD and CBN. I didn’t sleep all night; last night one with THC CBD and CBN and I got about three hours of sleep.

@berekann
I’m going to try Kanha brand sleep gummies and see.
I currently take Medterra brand which have
100 mg L-theanine
50 mg CBD
2mg Melatonin
5 mg THC
It works quickly on an emptier stomach (2 hours after your dinner)
Lavender spray on edges of pillow helps too.
And a new spray supplement called Rejuvia is helping.
I still wake up after 3 hours but can return to sleep.
Will let you know about the CBN afterwards.

@meri8181 thanks! I saw that on online, reading a very good article by the company; thanks in advance for letting me know what you think. The lavender spray is a great idea! And that Rejuvia sounds really good - herbs and melatonin.
