yes, I got mine from Divoti. I wanted something a little pretty to put on my watch. First one ?got lost? so I put second one on key ring on watch band, so far, so good.
I ended up getting an ID bracelet for my husband from American Medical ID. It has his name and address and in big letters Alzheimer's. It also has my name and phone number and our daughters name and phone number. I thought I might have some trouble getting him to wear it, but I think he likes having it on. The company got the bracelet to us very quickly and the engraving was done exactly as I requested.
