Lupus and mouth sores

Hello,
I have a lot of sores on my tongue that make it uncomfortable to have anything too spicy or acidic. It seems almost everything bothers it. I switched to an ACT mouthwash for kids that has the same protective ingredients as the adult version, but in a more pleasant, non irritating flavor.
I also just found the best toothpaste called Dr. Bob unflavored anticavity flouride toothpaste. It has really helped my mouth so much not to have harsh mint flavored toothpaste. I got mine on Amazon. Hope this helps someone!

Check your meds.. see which ones can cause drug induced lupus.. so many! Also, thanks for mention of Dr. Bob's
