Losing weight

I have bronchiectasis, MAI/MAC, and not sure if I still have aspergillosis. I don’t have pneumonia or E. coli in my lungs any more. My weight hasn’t been affected since I was first diagnosed in fall which surprises me. I would like to lose weight. Any ideas?
